One of the first flavors Jeni ever made – and easily one of the most loved. To make Goat Cheese with Red Cherries, we partner with LaClare creamery, based in Wisconsin. Their goat cheese has a delicate and sweet flavor, a clean finish, and just the right amount of tang. Folded into cream, it makes for an ethereal ice cream that tastes like the lightest cheesecake ever. We pair it with a from-scratch, deep red sauce made with a mix of fresh Michigan cherries and sugar-plumped dried cherries, for a deliciously intense sweet-tart fruitiness.
