Buttercream Birthday Cake

Now, this is what a birthday cake should taste like. Buttercream ice cream that’s rich with notes of vanilla and butter and has a decadent, spoon-coating, icing-like texture. Spongy, pale yellow (gluten-free!) cake pieces lend crumbly, moist cake texture. And, just for fun, rainbow sprinkles and lots of them. Purely nostalgic and comforting.
